      Avantages

      There is one good point about Target. There are still some good store mangers.

      Inconvénients

      No work/ life distinction. Less than 40 hr work week. Understaffed. They dont believe in promoting real workers, they prefer to promote yes people. All corporate cars about are profits and management normally follows suit.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Inconvénients

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
