      Targets pay is high compared to many alternatives, and it's a relatively comfortable work environment. Work isn't stressful or overbearing.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be irregular and arent always guaranteed. Raises (as of late) do not reflect quality of work, effort, or tenure.
