Avantages
Target provides good benefits while treating team members with respect. Very flexible with time off and better than average pay for retailing.
Inconvénients
Sometimes very understaffed, which puts a lot of pressure on those who are working any given day. Seems to order to much inventory which leads to massive clearance mark downs. Good for the consumer, bad for team members.
