Manager has all power to take decisions. Taken doesn't matter when come to grow in the career path, you can get all by being henchmen to manager. Internal politics works the way that manager flavoured employees get all the opportunities included with US migrations. They tell thier first priority is integrity but they prove that it is thier last priority. They don't want talent. They want henchmen. They don't want Engineers to grow the company. They always give low salaries and tell lies to cover up all their mistakes including all managers. All high level managers having internal meetings and decide who should get flavorations.
