      - Good working product & big client base - Nice culture, friendly - Hybrid (1x a week in office) - Forward thinking leadership team

      Inconvénients

      - Can be disorganized/messy at times - Sometimes favoritism is apparent (not merit-based) - A few teams are burnt out/overworked
