      * Data team is very friendly and high-performing * Very good work-life balance * Interesting problems * Lots of independence and room for career growth * Overall, snapdocs employees are very respectful, smart and hard-working

      Inconvénients

      * Lack of long-term focus * Business is too tied to interest rates, providing instability in down markets * HR and Leadership are slowly removing start-up feel and replacing it with corporate feel

      I really enjoy my job solely for the team I work with. They're the reason I want to do better and strive to do more! There are growth opportunities, and your hard work does not go unnoticed.

      It's pretty fast pace and can be demanding in the workload sense.

      Leadership speaks to company values regularly, but many do not actually demonstrate those values; Market conditions have led to a number of RIFs over the last several years and job security is unclear for most positions; Benefits are ok, but insurance is not great.
