      Avantages

      Great benefits and compensation packages. Great people to work with and had a lot of time off. Gained good front line work experience

      Inconvénients

      Employees became a number, created a very competitive work environment which led to low function teams. My development depended on one supervisor and a lot of pressure to move up or move out.
