Provides a lot of benefits, including 13th month, bonus, optical allowances, ergonomic allowance. they also have a lot of company activities, like mini contests and events (especially before the pandemic)
Inconvénients
Promotes work life balance but not really followed due to heavy workload. Office politics is also prevalent.
