Avantages
Mobility to work from anywhere is something already established in the company. They promote from within which is great to build a career. They put our security as a priority number one and even teach us how to be more aware of daily dangers Salary and perks are usually above market average
Inconvénients
Company is suffering with competition and they forget to follow the plan already created by creating another bunch of initiatives trying to beat the threat. Some goals are top down but employers are not confident to reach them
