Avantages
in my area this is the best warehouse as far as pay goes. 3PL for Wal-Mart, so job security is favorable.
Inconvénients
Equal raises are given every six months to all hourly associates. This urks me because I bust my tail off orderfilling, look over in the next couple of aisles see a bunch of hoodlums talking and BS'ing that make the same as I do and get the same type of raise. The hours are garbage...mandatory OT one day (16 hrs) and barely eight hours the next. Mind you my work week is only three days long. Forget about a promotion, you must be in one of the cliques that party together every day. I ended up in this -blam- hole due to the economy, and though I am grateful to have this job, I will never work for Schneider let alone another warehouse in my life.
