      Avantages

      no good reasons really. its a good company but there are others out there that are similer in terms of the envirement and type of people etc..

      Inconvénients

      its a good company other than the benefits suck. i believe the only downside other then that is the fact that the union can screw us over. so really its not neccasarly safeways fault if i do have problems.

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
