      Avantages

      Having a fun environment to work in, in addition to a great director, made it fun to work for this university, despite the cons.

      Inconvénients

      It is very bureaucratic, in terms of many of the policies for the work study program. If anything needs changing, going through financial aid is the worst.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
