      Avantages

      - Summer Hours for select employees - Opportunities to volunteer without taking time off - Weekly/Monthly fun and engaging activities to make the work day fun and interact with employees in different departments - CEO is very friendly and take a lot of pride in giving back to the community - 401k match - some employees can work from home

      Inconvénients

      - Not all employees receive summer hours - Not all employees get the option to work from home - some travel involved fro some positions if you don't like to travel

      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule and locations, excellent benefits, potential for yearly bonus

      Inconvénients

      Claims program utilized is proprietary and a bit cumbersome. Improvements are in the works, and what I witnessed before leaving indicates more improvements are to come.

      Avantages

      The people are nice and don't go out of their way to be mean to you.

      Inconvénients

      There's a nightly batch job written horribly in some old language with no control structures that fails a lot. You have to be on call to support it and it fails overnight at least once a week. They don't care about fixing it.
