      Avantages

      Lot of experience in a very short time. Ability to work a flexible schedule. If you are willing and able you can take on a lot of responsibility very fast. In front of customers from very early on.

      Inconvénients

      Projects usually understaffed and young engineers tend to work long hours.

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
