Culture. Supervisors do great for their operators. The issue is they look down everyone and do their best to walk over each other. Constant conflict and an unwillingness to cooperate with each other unless directed to. Plant level upper management is pretty good. Anyone above and below in management is over all trash. Golden in the eyes of their employees who fill out the surveys. Supers and corporate level need a lesson in humility and how to show your employees you care and we are all a team. Food occasionally and plant wide raises during a pandemic so you dont lose people is not the way to do it. This is a top down issue. Ownership seems to be unaware but from the directors on down something needs to change.
