- Manager micromanages and entertains department drama. - Equipment is always failing/broken. - Bullying and harassment is overlooked/dismissed. - Don’t follow policies as far as holiday time off, etc. - Management is very one sided, so if you ever get in trouble by girls with more seniority, good luck. - When everyone is on LOA/calling off you’ll be expected to meet demands on the spot; mandatory overtime, working longer shifts, picking up more shifts, etc.
