      Avantages

      Stable, ethical company. If you stick around long enough and are career oriented Ricoh can be a great place to work. Lots of opportunities to move up if you can move around.

      Inconvénients

      Slow moving and Large. Curently seems to be seen as a place to get sales training for many young people. Pay is somewhat low in comparison to the average tech oriented job. Great training program, but we lose too many good employees after the first year or two.

      Avantages

      Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

      Inconvénients

      I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!
