      Avantages

      Somewhat flexible schedule. Nice people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Management was either not available or super micromanaging. No one provided an explanation as to why we do what we do so it made it difficult to do a good job or look for ways to improve. Pay was way too low (people working at Target or Walmart made more). Not enough proper or productive time to sync with the team to keep on track for project objectives. Meetings frequently went over a lot without asking the team if that was ok or if they had other work to do.

      Avantages

      Riafox offers a myriad of projects to work on across many platforms. No two days are alike, and you get a peek into many different industries and work with many different people. Hours are flexible, as long as you are accomplishing what you are assigned. The development team is highly competent, small, and tight-knit (but welcoming). This is a great place to work if you are looking to expand your skills and are a self-starter.

      No health care or retirement benefits
