      Avantages

      - Friendly and supportive engineering team. Feels like one big team rather than multiple smaller teams. - Managers prioritise the well being of employees. - Personal growth is encouraged and supported by managers. I started as a grad and grew to become a senior. - I was able to move into different teams to upskill in areas I expressed interest in. - Great benefits - health insurance, unlimited leave, budget for training / certs, WFH, etc. - Very flexible working conditions, no micro-management. Leaves the impression that management trusts employees. - Modern office in central location with ample parking, coffee, etc

      Inconvénients

      Company direction is driven by overseas head office

      Avantages

      Work from home, great people to work with, management is "on track", promising future growth.

      Infrequent raises, some departments seem to "never change (improve)".

      Avantages

      Good people to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Good exposure to many different facets of the business and projects within your role. Good hybrid balance

      Inconvénients

      Does not have opportunities for professional advancement if you are in junior or middle management levels. Very poor compensation against current market rates. No professional development. Communication of priorities is not always clear. Teams are somewhat siloed. Cross functional work can be difficult given the amount of turnover over - constantly re-explaining tasks and support needed to new people or people who fail to remember their involvement in the execution. As a venture capitalist backed company, they seem to be slower towards growth and taking risks.
