      Forcing employee to go to office in Covid-19, and if you got the virus, the company have to responsibility to support you. You have to take day off and take care of yourself No allowance for book and necessary software, you have to buy IntelliJ for your own. Making employee by creating and changing a lot of rule. Showing that they don't trust their employee. Bad culture

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
