      Avantages

      The best managed hosting company, good training, Management is very effective in building morale and rallying the troops. Free drinks, free certifications, and it's a public company so you may get a stock option package. Low chance of ever being fired

      Inconvénients

      The pay and promotion paths are horrible, unless you live in san antonio. A lot of employees don't care at all and it's very rare that an employee is terminated at Rackspace
