      1. Work life balance also have a slight negative connotation. conservative bank. Not looking at fast paced growth 2. More responsibility initially can somethimes be overwhelming 3. Not market leading compensation. average at best.

      Avantages

      Rabobank culture outside of M&A is positive. Can do travel exchange programs

      Inconvénients

      Poor work culture, lack of mentorship, lots of leadership turnover and general inappropriate office environment towards women in the IB sector.
