The Culture at this job is a revolving door of lazy, unprofessional employees with the exception of a few. Many employees don’t return after a week or two. No advancement opportunities and the harder you work the more is expected of you. You work in a team which consists of employees from many different companies so everyone answers to someone different, and it’s a disaster. You work in various ShopRite supermarkets so the Company is at the mercy of Advantage and WakeFern. No real backbone to this company, and it feels more like you are working for a temp agency. You are a second class citizen who is second to all of the shoprite employees. There is no job security or protections in place for you as an employee of this company. They can put you to work at locations that are beyond the 30 mile radius you were hired for. You don’t get sick days or personal time. 28 hours a week is the standard hours offered to their employees in the field so you get no benefits. No official training and you have to depend on figuring it out. This is a Small company that appears to be barely holding their head above water. The owners treat their employees like numbers and don’t try to hide it. You can find some Fulfillment here if you enjoy being detail oriented. If you are the kind of worker that takes pride in your work and can’t stomach being associated with the kind of employees who have NO motivation, ambition, and common sense then don’t apply for this job. If you’re looking for flexibility and are desperate at the moment then this is the job for you. I encourage everyone to find an alternative company that does the same kind of work in your area, there are many
