Avantages
Good place for fresher mobile app developers to kick-start their career. Inquisitive minds can ,initially , learn a lot from the high standard codes written in the past( however,Code quality is deteriorating due to constant tinkering by freshers) but it gets monotonous after about six months. Ideally suited for initial 2 years of career. No politics.
Inconvénients
1. No R&D. No training. Wants you to simply study old code and copy-paste them to deliver new features/apps/games. Most games/apps are rip-offs of already existing ones. For a company that's been in business for almost 10 years, little more innovation and ideas are expected.
2. Run more like a school than a company. Almost nil employee engagement.
3. Basic workstations and have to test on your own devices or else wait for others to finish their testing.
3. Egoistic top-management + inefficient/scared mid-management makes it a scary place to work .
4. HR and release policies can make your transition to next company very complicated.
5. High attrition among new joinings .
6. Slog min 10 hours with almost no breaks.
