      Lower level colleagues are nice

      Inconvénients

      Group MD is the worst MD I have ever come across in my history in the recruitment industry. Has run the business into the ground and treats her staff appaulingly. All senior management are condescending, do not value their staff and go out of their way to screw over clients. Payroll frequently refuse to pay workers through their own mess up’s and are completely inadequate in their role. Finance do not tax properly so should the HMRC come knocking good luck to them! I could go on and on but please, for anyone thinking of joining this company, save yourself the pain.

      Avantages

      In private, most of the employees at the Head Office are really nice people and fun to hang out with.

      Inconvénients

      Middle management has no leadership and absolutely no management capabilities. No frameworks, no professional structures available. The whole management layer is a chaos. Top management gets paid millions in stocks, salaries... the rest is paid mediocre if not underpaid. That results in the poorest work ethics that I had ever seen. And of course, you get what you pay for. So mediocre environment, mediocre people.
