      Avantages

      - The people i met at my time at RAPP were great and incredibly talented

      Inconvénients

      - Leadership doesn't seem to know what direction to take the agency. - Employees are undervalued and overworked - Higher-up supervisors need to interface with the lower tier of the agency.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
