      There is a great culture at the RAPP Dallas office. We have a lot of very talented people who are doing great work and more importantly are supported by management. Good work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      We need to do a better job with highlighting great work and celebrating new wins.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
