      -Good work/life balance -Friendly working environment. Friendly people. -Easy to transfer between departments for those who are curious

      -Extremely high turnover rate, especially amongst senior leadership -Low salaries -Not very much pride in work

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
