Avantages
I had a great experience at RAPP. Super creative place to work and a lot of smart people. Managers were generous with promotions and lots of fun company culture things to do.
Inconvénients
When you have a lot of super smart people under one roof there is bound to be some conflict. Add late hours with pitch work, etc. and things could get nuts at times- but I imagine that's true of most agencies...

RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.
Inconvénients
As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
