      - good culture + winning mentality - colleague are supportive and lift each other up - competitive pay (if you hit quota) - opportunity for growth if you perform well

      Inconvénients

      - quotas are constantly changing and you sometimes wont even have a dashboard to view your progress until halfway through the quarter - low retention on my team, people are burnt out - managers are overwhelmed and hard to get in touch with
