Inconvénients
The managers are negative and oppressive. When you want to switch departments for a better chance at success, the managers hold you back by giving negative job recommendations. The environment is setup to make you feel like a caged animal. Promises are often broken. They also frown upon giving the patient 110% in order to resolve there issue, they are about the number of calls no matter if problems are resolved or not which result in alot of errors at the expense of the patient and NO ONE CARES. Managers need to care more about the patients and not treat them like a prison number. Also the environment is very stressful with a low moral. Micromanagement is part of the culture. I kindly left this company on my own recognance
