Get to meet a huge variety of people from different countries and backgrounds. Possibility to learn a new foreign language every year. Getting experienced of working under stress.
Inconvénients
As a female, I'd say a minimum wage is a maximum we can earn. No chance to improve or to be promoted. Everything is kept a secret which is really annoying.
