Avantages
Ability to enter Global Capital Markets industry without prior finance or business education. International company with over 150 years of business relationships across the world. Several niche areas across multiple business platforms. Overtime paid to Salaries Non-Exempt workers. Little to no union presence. Some telecommuting.
Inconvénients
Old company, old fashioned, industry does not generally change quickly. Spinning off into three separate companies later in 2016 so hard to know how each will perform as stand alone entities. Health benefits are not better than the Marketplace and vacation/sick time does not accumulate. Secondary benefits change from year to year making these benefits hard to value, (i.e. Tuition Reimbursement, 401k match, ESOP, etc.)
