Avantages

A big company with several different BUs. Some are very profitable therefore leadership can accept less profitable new business developing.

Inconvénients

Several BU heads have worse EQ. Lots employees and managers are too old to change.

Avantages

Quite enthustic people, not all but many try learn. HR is flexible and fast.

Inconvénients

Poor infra, optimized till last inch to cut down costs. Poor pay rates so constantly people leaving
