Pay is nice if you are a recent graduate. Actually well above the local average.

Inconvénients

Growth is nonexistent. They increase salary just 2,000 pesos yearly which is nice at the beginning but is not enough.

Quite enthustic people, not all but many try learn. HR is flexible and fast.

Inconvénients

Poor infra, optimized till last inch to cut down costs. Poor pay rates so constantly people leaving
