- Good Employee Welfare - Potential lifetime job - Do not lay-off employee without any big reason - Considered low power distanced intra-culture - Co-workers are nice, but not for some senior co-workers.
Inconvénients
- Frequent overseas business travels, often without agreement of both-side - Lack of formal training - Very intense politics between upper management and senior co-workers. Claiming other people's credits and make faces in front of bosses. - Senior co-workers reached their positions due to their duration of employments. - Senior co-workers highlight issues without reading daily reports which they requested to send every day - Feel no achievements
