      Avantages

      Worked first hand with many students, great team/office atmosphere, was given real responsibilities and was allowed to work independently. Work varied day to day which meant I got to explore different parts of working in the organisation.

      -good community -staff is responsive

      Inconvénients

      -not a lot of mentoring, you are not taught how to do tasks before you are asked to do them.
