Avantages
Pretty campus, friendly coworkers, good pay, lots of stupid little contests and prizes.
Inconvénients
-You are trained one way for weeks and then once you hit the floor its completely different. -They say it's easy to advance but you have to meet a lot of criteria and often times small documented discussions about attendance or performance can keep you from being considered for other positions. -They promote not having call handle time but there are MANY metrics you have to consistently meet and some are not even mentioned until months on the floor. -Most of the customers suck and are very confrontational with you -Assist/senior reps have no idea what they are doing and often get you in trouble for giving you terrible advice. -If you are new (6 months and under) all of the calls will be routed to you. Tenure people around you will get to sit around waiting for a call 7-10 mins while you get back to back calls. -PTO is slow to accumulate; no option for no-pay days if you have PTO.
