      Avantages

      It's a life saver if you are desperate to look for a job. Just don't expect too much and be ready for unchanged things.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of management skill from manager. Everything is cheap and tight on budget. Young engineer will just come and go because they can't stand the environment. No place to advance further.

      No raises they they cross train you in steed of a raise
