      Organized, clear rules and procedures, pretty chill

      Inconvénients

      Corporate feel, very low PTO. Pay and benefits not great at all

      We appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences. Glad to hear that you think we are a pretty chill place to work and we agree! We also appreciate your feedback on the benefits and PTO. We start off our new employees off with three weeks of PTO, a discretionary day and nine holidays. For medical benefits, we offer two plans, paying either 90%, or 95% of the premiums. Each year we meet to discuss our benefits, and I will make sure to include your feedback.       Avantages

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Inconvénients

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
