We feel our benefits are competitive as we offer our employees either a 90 or 95% paid health benefits for employees. Our vacation starts out at 3 weeks with a bonus day and goes up each year. Your feedback about split vacation and sick days are noted. Many years ago, we had separate policies and to keep in line with industry standards, we synced up time off into one PTO bucket that can be used at our employee's discretion. Our downtown office does not offer free parking, but we do subsidize 50% of a monthly parking pass. Each year we review our benefits and will include your feedback in our upcoming discussion.
