      Avantages

      Remote. Reasonable working hours. Minimal supervision allowed me to be self-managed.

      Inconvénients

      The management style and the communication was terrible. People were busy joining inefficient and lengthy meeting everyday. I've seen a lot of wrong decisions were made these years like business strategies, reorganization, hiring policies, salary and benefit policies etc. I don't believe MDF is on the correct direction.

      Avantages

      I've met some of the brightest and nicest people here. Coworkers are fun to be around with and we all bring something different to the table both personally and professionally. This is a flatter organization so you will get to meet and work around people with diverse experiences. You'll also get a full perspective on the operations and relationship between the different parts of a business. It's been very much a learning experience and you definitely get what you give.

      Inconvénients

      This is a very fast paced company so it can be stressful at times, but if you keep your head straight, work hard and smart, then you will come out of the other side with a great deal more experience than you would with any other company.
