Avantages
In trying to think of the pros, the only thing I could think of is that you get a paycheck. They benefits are okay. I thought the benefits would be much better for this size company, but no.
Inconvénients
The biggest con is the culture of the company. Upper management can be very unprofessional at times. They talk about other people in management including those they report to and they do it right in front of front-line employees. I shocked to see this type of behavior. They don't provide adequate training and then if someone doesn't meet the production quota they terminate them without even trying to work with them first to provide retraining, etc. There is very high turnover here, terrible morale, and excruciating work conditions for menial pay. I left after 9 months.
