      I met some cool people while working here but aside from that, nothing.

      - Keybanks AML/BSA department specializes in micromanagement - Foreign leader who came from another country that's known for having a toxic work culture then tried to apply the same standards to KeyBank, causing extreme stress and disillusionment for employees - Lack of accountability - Lack of effective management skills - Below market pay - Major nepotism when it comes to moving up the corporate ladder

      Avantages

      If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
