Perspective commerciale
Avantages
There is a great culture at Invesco and a lot of support from the management team. This makes it easy to move up if you're hardworking and focused. There is a great work-life balance here so you're rarely taking anything home with you.
Inconvénients
The Financial Services industry is heavily regulated so licensing is often required. The tests aren't difficult but studying is required to do well. I think pay is a bit below market but the benefits help make up for that.
