Avantages
Beneath the intro layers of this company, I believe in the deeper corners and caves of this company where decisions are made and people are actually heard, without retaliation that is, I honestly believe the executives want to keep the image of "the kitchen table" versus the "stock market" symbols. That being said, the company turmoil and unease fills the halls and break rooms, even the off site events. Hopefully those who can take a few punches will stick around to see what the company use to be like.
Inconvénients
The long term (3 yr) projection will only work if they listen to their front line and get behind the grunt workers a bit more than their not so truthful leaders who act more like high school students then tenured AND groomed WELL in INTUIT CULTURE. Oh, and for goodness sakes STOP incentivizing customer service agents with goals! This creates so many moral issues and problems with BRAND and with CUSTOMERS (not to mention the hard working sales agents who actually hold the title "SALES" ) that quite frankly...hurts all of the people involved, especially the stakeholders/shareholders. A company who does not protect their revenue producers and has them chasing their tails and hard earned dollars will eventually be left with half wits and thieves for sales reps instead of hard working proud individuals that run with the big dogs wherever they may land!
