      Avantages

      The People. Amazing office and culture. Can't imagine leaving any time soon. From my first day here, every one has been welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Some very smart and innovative people here across all functions.

      Inconvénients

      With the amount of growth we are experiencing there are some areas (sales ops) that need more head count. this will further drive the success of the sales team. We're a global company, decisions often come from USA and can take a while to take affect in this market.

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
