      Avantages

      Great US counterpart employees. They see your worth and values your career growth.

      Inconvénients

      employees in the Philippines suck. especially the HR. The lowball you and would require you to go to the office even though your American counterparts arent going to the office. They are micromanagers and workspace politics is high. On boarding and off boarding process is not seamless. they give you a lot of a hard time. and local managers never empathize with you. they would even ask you to go to the office even if there is a typhoon.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
