      Avantages

      If you ever wanted to have the experience of joining a cult, this is the place! Upper management has a crazy cult like mentality of "buy in or get out." It's like scientology for the employed (and soon to be unemployed!)

      Inconvénients

      Management has inflated egos, and have clearly never been checked. CEO thinks he's innovative, but spends his time wanting to be like the red-pill, online, famous, podcaster CEO's. If you ever want to get a job here, all you gotta do is know someone in upper management. Every week feels like a fight for your job. They will squeeze you dry of all creativity, never tell you why you're fired, and blame their bad business decisions and poor money management on everyone but themselves!

      • A variety of tasks and projects • Timely support takes the stress out of the process. • I can walk over to other teams and solve problems with joint effort. • I’ve learned to stay organized under pressure.

      Inconvénients

      There was a learning curve for me at the beginning.

      Reasonable co-workers who are emotionally supportive.

      • Working at Innovision feels dominated by constant negativity that wears employees down. • The overall culture is highly unhealthy and difficult to endure without strong peer support. • Leadership comes across as disconnected and dismissive, contributing to a poor environment. • The experience feels discouraging and draining, making the company difficult to recommend.
