      Work life balance is good. Compensation is better than most of the peers. Seniors are supportive and there to help. Good employee benefits ( reimbursement, expense claims, medical insurance, etc.)

      Inconvénients

      Appraisal and increment process could improve. Projects for new comers are limited. Project specific trainings could improve.
